If you already had or created an account at the time your order was placed, you can check your order status under "My account". If you checked out as a guest, simply search your order number to see its status.

While we cannot guaranteed that we can change or modify your order after it has been placed, but we will make diligent effort to accommodate your request unless your order has already been processed and shipped.

Your credit card is charged immediately upon placing your order to reserve your items. If your order is canceled for any reason, the funds will be immediately released, though it may take 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

It depends, based on the delivery address, we will select the best option among our carriers, which are USPS, FedEx and UPS at this time.

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) before they are shipped. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
